We only use Luzon mangoes at their peak ripeness for that intensely sweet and juicy flesh, pairing it with an osmanthus milk pudding for a give a honeyed, floral touch, and vanilla diplomat cream for added aroma and silkiness.  The almond frangipane and crust provides a textural contrast and beautiful nuttiness that brings all the elements together, making it a perfect dessert for any occasion.
