Understanding our signature puff pastry palmiers:
We respect the craft of traditional pastry, but we’re building it for the future.
Using our own animal-free butter (no margarine, no shortening or hydrogenated fats needed), we layer it slowly using the traditional "inverse puff" method.

We then meticulously form the puff pastry into logs of palmiers before hand slicing each piece and roll with sugar infused with real Madagascan vanilla beans.

The result? That perfect, shattering crispness. A clean, light bite that doesn't weigh you down.

*As we do not add any preservatives into our products, we recommend enjoying the palmiers as soon as possible.
If unopened, can be kept for up to 2 weeks in a cool & dry area.  Once opened, keep in airtight container and consumed as soon as possible.
