Piedmont hazelnuts are prized as the world's finest. We grind them in-house fresh weekly with no additives or fillers to ensure their deep, toasty flavor are shine.  Presented as a hazelnut praline & light mousseline, sandwiched between our own shatteringly flaky golden puff pastry, it is simplicity at its most complex.
